The award winning, five-star Jean-Michel Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort is one of the most renowned vacation destinations in the South Pacific. Located on the island of Vanua Levu on 17 acres of a coconut plantation, the luxury accommodations overlook the peaceful waters of Savusavu Bay. Among it's many awards, the resort was named the #1 World's Best Environmentally- Friendly Accommodation by Trip Advisor. As of April 2011, Passport Resorts no longer has an ownership or management affiliation with the Jean-Michel Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort, but it still has a consulting arrangement with its ownership.

HOTEL HANA-MAUI

Hotel Hana-Maui has been lauded for its unspoiled natural beauty for over 50 years. Located at the end of the Hana Highway on the lush eastern coast of Maui is this legendary hotel, where tranquility is a way of life. The luxury resort has long been a favorite Hawaiian vacation retreat for generations of travelers seeking a serene and enchanting escape. Ideal for honeymoons, romantic getaways and small weddings, the resort reflects a wonderful blend of Hawaiian heritage and Hana's unspoiled natural beauty. Luxury accommodations include bungalow-style Bay Cottage Suites, and plantation-style Sea Ranch Cottages with ocean and mountain views.

On an acre of landscaped grounds, the intimate Honua Spa features spectacular views of Hana Bay. Here guests are nurtured with massage, facials and body treatments. Guests also enjoy horseback riding along the Hana coast, tennis, snorkeling, Hawaiian cultural activities and more.

Passport Resorts' arranged the acquisition of Hotel Hana-Maui in August 2001. The hotel was lovingly restored in 2002 by Passport Resorts, creating an award-winning resort. Passport Resorts' managed Hotel Hana-Maui until it sold its ownership interest in the Hotel Hana-Maui & Honua Spa in January 2009.

THE LODGE AT SKYLONDA

Woodside, California

Located 30 minutes south of San Francisco, the Lodge at Skylonda offered a retreat experience in a pristine redwood forest. Far from civilization, the all-inclusive retreat included accommodations, clothing, healthy gourmet meals, circuit training and movement classes, exercise pool, daily massage, guided hikes, use of all spa facilities, saunas and steam rooms, plus evening programs on stress management, nutrition, fitness and meditation. Directing the experience were an acclaimed staff of experts in exercise physiology and nutritional science.

Built of Ponderosa logs and river rock, the lodge offered views of the woods and forest beyond. Enhanced by a chandeliered dining room with an imposing stone fireplace, dining was an integral part of the Skylonda experience. Their chef specialized in low fat, naturally nutritious foods prepared for maximum taste and enjoyment. The unique, flavorful menu provided all the nutrients to maintain Skylonda's vigorous schedule of activities.

Passport Resorts' affiliate managed the Lodge at Skylonda from May 1996 until it sold its ownership interest in September 2000. Subsequently, the Lodge at Skylonda was closed and the property was redeveloped into a single-family residential compound.
